Refund/Cancellation Policy

  1. If we have not delivered on the selected delivery date, we will either refund you in full within a week via original source of payment or redeliver your order within 24 hours if you want to. This will not apply in case of any state wide/city wide declared emergency, natural calamities OR if incorrect address/telephone nos are provided.
  2. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
  3. If the delivery on the selected delivery date has been done few hours later than committed time, we will either refund you the delivery charge paid for your order or offer compensation via discount vouchers.
  4. Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 30 minutes of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund will be entertained once the product is delivered.
  5. Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: " Cancellation Request" and sent to care@celebdear.com
    Mail shall contain following details:-

    b. Cancellation Reason:
    c. Refund Account Details:
  6. In case of Cancellation, 5% charge will be applicable.
  7. If we send the wrong product, we will resend the correct product within 24 hours. Please note that it may be necessary to return the original product received.
  8. Please note that all compensation will be in the form of a full or partial-refund against the original payment or in the form of discount vouchers for use in a future order.
